We finally have snow! Hurray, we aren’t left out anymore. It has been dumping snow all day! Cambria and Marissa have been hanging out with “new” friends today and playing in the white stuff. Good times.
I am so content. I have been playing Santa by wrapping the girl’s presents and loading them up under the tree. The candles are lit and the smell of my pine wreath catches me by surprise as I walk past it. The chicken is cooking in the crock pot and I will put the rice on soon for some good old fashioned comfort food.
Scott went to pick up my tween and teenager and soon we will be hunkered down under cozy blankets watching a movie. Hopefully a chic flick, but Scott’s picking it up so it might be one of those, ‘shoot em up, killing movies’. No need to go to the theater when you have a T.V. the size of a small car inside the house.
